TeamSpeak Version 2.5 - Music-bot & Permission Tweaks

So, from now on, I will be updating the updates channel description with brief descriptions of what has been updated or changed, then this will be updated on the Forum Live post which is on the Naxx Website. Then I will type up in a bit more detail here on the blog posts.

- Recently I have had a few people tell me about some people joining the TeamSpeak and bothering them, I have gone through the logs and found the people and permanently banned them, but if you have any issues with people that aren't normally on the server bothering people or anything, then either let Naxx know or right click on them and select make a complaint and it will be logged for me to see.

- Due to people being banned, I also went through the permission settings and tweaked/changed a few things so that random people can't just access rooms without the needed permissions.

- Music-bot News: So, this is big news for the Music-bot. So, previously the Music-bot would only work and be on the server if the owner, me turns the Music-bot on as it was running off my computer. This meant that if anyone wanted to use the Music-bot and I wasn't online, they couldn't sadly. Now though, I have looked into renting a Music-bot using the same program as what I used so all the commands are the same and listed in the channel named 'Music Bot Commands' this Music-bot will be on the server 24/7 so anyone who wishes to use the Music-bot can just drag it into their channel and use the commands.
